I Ordered New Bookish Art Prints from Society6 & Here’s what they look like!

· · ·

A few weeks ago, I was able to get my hands on some 11×14 inch frames and I was so excited to pick out some new art for them! I ended up picking out two art prints from Society6. I was so worried they wouldn’t work together but I think they go together so well! Check out some of the pictures below!

In case you missed it, I made a blog post about all of the book- and library-related art prints I found on Society6.

The Vashti Harrison art print only came in one size so I added a black mat to the picture frame. The millennial pink art print came in more sizes so I ordered the 13×17 inch art print and then cut it to size for my frame.

Here’s a picture of the new art prints from Society6 in action:

Please enjoy this very awkward picture I took while testing my camera placement for a storytime video. As you can see, I ended up switching the pictures so that the smaller art print from Society6 was in front. I figured the switch would help the smaller art print from getting lost in the video background!

Art Prints as a Video Background

I’m so happy with the colors and the quality of the art prints! I’ve already used this background for a storytime video and I’m so excited for the video to debut! Of course, I doubt there will be many comments about the art prints since the focus is on the books I will be reading… But I’m excited for these new art prints to make their debut anyway!

I’ve always enjoyed shopping for and displaying art prints. It’s such an easy way to bring color into your walls, especially if you’re renting and can’t paint your walls!

Art prints also allow you to play with patterns and themes in a low-risk way until you find your personal aesthetic! For me, looking through the many art prints and artist pages on Society6 is a great way to find new art prints to play with on my walls.
